Here’s the news as we see fit to publish it at this moment

For the Sydney oriented amongst you we are doing a very special show on October 29^th at The Supper Club on Oxford Street where we’ll be playing an entire set of brand spanking new songs!!!

So if you want to know what the next album’s going to sound like you better be there PLUS it’s with Gay Paris, Smokestack Orchestra and The Watt Riot AND it’s a Halloween theme show so you can dress up all crazy like. (free beer for people who do a good HCG band member impersonation)

And final bit of news for now is that we’re going in to record a new song tomorrow which will be released via iTunes as soon as humanely possible, you may of heard it, it’s called Trainwreck and it’s pretty damn good if we do say so ourselves. We’ll quite possibly do a limited run of actual CDs too if we can come up with a B-side solution

 They’ll all be with Melbourne’s most excellent Devilrock Four bar the LA Guns show and be there early as we’ll be giving away the final copies of the HCG/DR4 split 7″  that Jonny Driver found under an old magazine in his toilet or some other unlikely story

Now what else is happening? Well we’ve be working on new songs still and we will have some new vids up on the youtube channel really soon, we’re working on some new merch designs/revitalising some old ones and we’ve got a new pretty website design too (you’d know that cause you’re here!) 

So check all that stuff out when you get a chance and don’t forget to be friends with us on all the silly social networking sites too

A quick update from rehearsing and writing reveals we’ve got about 8 new songs in various states of undress spread around the floor, slow ones, fast ones and easy listening mid tempo ones too, hopefully we’ll be in a position to do another demo giveaway soon too

Congrats to the people who won our little competition last time, fyi it was Oscar that broke his elbow skating and Jono was the idiot who convinced him to go for a roll after 7 years!

As far as news goes we’ve been busy writing some new songs for you to enjoy down at trusty Zen Studios, think we’re up to 5 now with a bunch more to come….

Now though we’re very much concentrating on getting songs together for a new album we sure do miss playing live so we’re doing some shows in the coming months that we sure hope you’ll get along to.

Good afternoon/evening/morning Hell Citizens, long time no update

Well we’ve been on an enforced holiday for a couple of months due to some idiot in the band convincing someone else in the band that skateboarding was a good idea… this in turn led to one broken elbow and two months no rock ‘n’ roll.

We’ll give away free signed copy of the new single to the first 5 people who guess which idiot it was and who broke their elbow!! hit us back here, if you don’t win you can buy the single from here though (along with all our other stuff)

So because of the above we’ll be popping out for a few shows here and there but won’t be touring again until late May now, we will however be touring with a whole bunch of new songs, some of which we’ll give you as demos so you know what’s going on at the shows.

Next gig will be in Sydney at The Gaelic with Melbourne’s finest Electric Mary on April 30th, tix are on sale now too so grab em cause it’ll be a biggy

If you’ve been reading Classic Rock mag out of the UK lately you’d of seen one or two pieces on the band since the album came out there via Powerage Records a couple of months ago, UK and European peeps hit up your local store for the album, should be available everywhere. Oh, we got a 7/10 in Metal Hammer too!

Greetings Hell Citizens, may your credit card bills not be too painful as it’s time to drink beer on the high seas/the harbour (or if we get screwed, the parramatta river)

Yup, we’re hittting up another harbour cruise on February 13th along with Gene Pool Sharks, Clean Doubt and Fistmouth. The boat leaves from Pyrmont Wharf (near the maritime museum) at 11.45am sharp and will be back by 3.30 or so for you to start your casino evening (or to go see Electric Mary at The ‘dale)

This will also be your first chance to grab a copy of the new single with the slinky new track ‘One For The Road’ on it too unless you already grabbed it via iTunes or Waterfront Records…
